Terms & Conditions

Reservations & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed once the host accepts your request and a 50% deposit is received.
  • The balance is due 14 days before check-in.
  • Rates are for bungalow stay only (meals not included)

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in (full deposit refund).
  • Cancellations within 14 days of check-in forfeit the deposit.

House Rules

  • Check-in from 12:00 Noon, check-out by 10:00 AM.
  • Maximum 10 guests. No parties or events.
  • No smoking indoors. Pets by prior arrangement only.
  • Heaters are provided free of charge from 8PM to 8AM. (LKR 500.00 surcharge applies for each heater per hour thereafter.
  • There will be a daily surcharge of LKR 2,000.00 for gas if meals are required during the stay.

Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • The property is used at the guest's own risk; the owner is not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings.
