Partner & Agent Terms

Registration & Approval

• Partner accounts are subject to approval by The Hideout Hills management.
• Preferential nightly rates are agreed individually and may be revised with notice.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings made through the partner portal are requests until confirmed by management.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• The partner is responsible for settling payment per the agreed schedule, regardless of the partner's arrangement with their guest.

Guest Information

• The partner must provide accurate contact details for at least one member of the guest party at the time of booking.
• The partner remains the primary contact unless otherwise agreed.

Conduct & Liability

• Partners must accurately represent the property and its facilities to their clients.
• House rules apply to all guests; the partner is responsible for communicating them.
• Management reserves the right to suspend partner accounts for misuse.
